We visited this stunning National Park yesterday (Wednesday, 1st July), with its waterfalls, lakes, woods, boats, boardwalks and 'trains' and it is simply awesome! The photos don't do justice to the park, but here are some more!
Our genial campsite host drove us to the Park entrance and a phone call summoned him back later to collect us. We, along with Mark and Mireille, donated some Australiana to add to his collection, given to him by previous guests and some fun and games, including 'dress ups' ensued.
This morning we drove across country back to the coast, a very pleasant and enjoyable drive to Senj, where we stayed about 3 weeks ago and will head north into Slovenia tomorrow.
